Where does Match Ventures sell land?
Our core market is Nakuru County — high-potential areas such as Mang’u, Bahati, Sobea, Mutaita and Pipeline — together with select projects in other growth corridors, such as Malindi on the coast. Every current project is listed on our Properties page.
Are the plots genuine and properly titled?
Yes. Every plot is legally verified before it is offered for sale, and we guide you through due diligence and the full ownership process. You are welcome to carry out an official search at the lands registry before you commit.
What size are the plots?
Most of our plots are 50 × 100 ft (1/8 acre), ideal for a family home, rental units or commercial use. Some projects offer other sizes — each listing shows the exact plot size.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most projects offer flexible instalment plans: you pay a deposit, then clear the balance in monthly instalments over an agreed period — often interest-free. Each listing shows the deposit and repayment period, and you can use our payment calculator to plan.
What is included in the price?
Our pricing is transparent with no hidden charges. The price covers the land and title processing, plus any project-specific value additions such as graded access roads, beacons or fencing.
How long does title processing take?
Once payment is complete, title processing typically takes 60–90 days depending on the project. We keep you updated throughout.
Can I visit the site before buying?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Book a free site visit and our team will show you the land, beacons and neighbourhood amenities. Video-call site tours are available for clients who cannot travel.
Can I buy from abroad, as a chama or as a company?
Yes. Kenyans in the diaspora can buy remotely with video site tours and secure payments. Chamas, investment groups and companies can also buy — we will guide you on the documentation each needs.
